SHIPPING

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time. Overnight option to a PO BOX takes up to 2 business days for delivery.  Overnight shipments that depart from our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday (not Saturday).   Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared. Orders may take up to 10 business days to process during sales and promotions. Please note, not all products are available for international shipping at this time, but select SLE products are. We’ll continue expanding availability as our new international fulfillment system is fully implemented

Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to our store, it is typically due to incorrect address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:

The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is incorrect or missing information such as, suite number/apt/bldg
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package after at least one attempt.
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package

 

Returned to sender and all returned packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge and a flat restock fee of $35. Shipping and Route Protection costs are non-refundable.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
