EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. You may exchange your Selam Luxury Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 15 days of receiving your order. Selam Luxury Extensions can only do returns for sets with in the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Selam Luxury Extensions will not be held responsible for lost returns. Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international. All Selam Luxury Extensions CLIP & PONYTAILS are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. ALL Selam Luxury Extensions WIGS are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchange. 

RETURNS

Due to the hygiene nature and high demand of our products, all sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. 

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way(Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer). DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often easily be resolved by implementing hair care regimen such as, using herbal shampoo and conditioner, wearing a head wrap or bonnet, keeping your bundles clean after taking them off etc. However, if you feel you've received a product that is unusual we want to hear from you. Notify a Customer Care Specialist via email ( selamluxuryhair@gmail.com) within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. Note that using non -recommended products , perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the opportunity for compensation, if it applies. If we verify and agree that the product may be dissatisfactory, we will offer a fair resolution.
